1. Processing Time & Shipping price
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and method of shipment. You can get a calculation of your shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
1.1 Shipping & Handling
We processing orders on business days, Monday through Friday
- Processing time is typically 2 – 3 days
- Most shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail with the exception of international shipping. At checkout time you may choose other shipping options.
- For shipments within the U.S., it will usually arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. Outside of the U.S. delivery time may vary.
1.2 Late Deliveries
We work with our shipping partners to do our best to deliver your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. Boovay Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as but not limited to:
- Incorrect Address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
2. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can follow your order all the to your home or place of business.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
